Our house in pictures

We introduce ourselves. We have put together some pictures so that you can get a first impression of our house and life with us. But of course we would also be happy to welcome you personally after making an appointment.

Feel like at home

Our residents' rooms are designed to be suitable for seniors and people with disabilities, so that barrier-free everyday life is guaranteed.

Each resident room is equipped with a bathroom with toilet, sink and floor-level shower.

The basic equipment includes height-adjustable electric nursing beds, a bedside table and a closet with a lockable inner compartment.

We want our residents to feel at home, so they can furnish their rooms individually.

If desired, residents can bring their own furniture. Alternatively, furniture suitable for senior citizens is available from the house.

In addition to the furniture, the following furnishings are part of the basic equipment:

  • Lighting
  • Connections: Radio, TV
  • Emergency call system
  • Telephone connection

We stand for quality

Quality is not a matter of chance, but has to be worked out anew every day. Quality that benefits our residents combines many aspects that work closely together to ensure the desired quality. These include, among others:

  • Quality of care (quality circle)
  • Hygiene
  • Housekeeping
  • Quality management.

Quality management at our GFO Zentrum Wohnen & Pflege Franziskaner-Hof means that our structures, processes and concepts ensure that we provide the best possible services. This also means that we constantly put our services to the test, in an effort to both continuously develop ourselves further and to be able to withstand external reviews at any time.

The current MDK reports are available to the facilities. These can be viewed on site.

Advisory board represents the interests of our residents

The user/resident council at Wohnen & Pflege Franziskaner-Hof represents the interests of the residents. It is elected by the residents of a facility at regular intervals.

The chairperson of our residents' council is Helmut Pott.

Our residents' advisory council consists of a total of 3 people.

The rights and duties of the residents' council are defined by law. These include, in particular, the right to have a say and to be informed on the topics of accommodation, care, conditions of stay, home rules, catering and leisure activities.

The residents' council is therefore also an important link between the residents on the one hand and the facility management on the other.

Our partners:inside

Our residents may have various wishes as well as health impairments that require a wide range of services. In addition to our services, we would also like to offer and arrange services for our residents, which we therefore offer in cooperation.

The GFO Center Attendorn Wohnen, Pflege & Wachkoma Franziskaner-Hof maintains many external partnerships and is constantly seeking new contacts.

The cooperation and cultivation of contacts with the parishes, the city of Attendorn, local associations and other groups are of great importance.

Close cooperation exists with:

Through the external offers and services we can guarantee the best possible care for our residents.
